'Unrivaled: Earnhardt vs. Gordon'

The rivalry between Hall of Fame drivers Dale Earnhardt and Jeff Gordon in the 1990s, as much as anything, led NASCAR to the height of its popularity. NASCAR stadiums filled with over 100,000 enthusiastic fans dressed in Earnhardt and Gordon t-shirts were a common weekly occurrence. The polar opposite off-track personalities between Earnhardt, the old school rough and tumble ‘good ole boy’ from the South, and Gordon, the new wave slick and polished ready-for-TV ‘kid’ from California, only added to the intense rivalry between these championship racers, along with their passionate fans. In the end, our documentary reveals the genuine respect, and deep appreciation, that Earnhardt and Gordon had for one another. Our team served as the Producers and Editors for what would become the most watched original film debut in the history of FOX Sports. Additionally, the documentary trailer that we created was nominated for a Sports Emmy Award.
